Somatic Workshop: Awaken the Wellness Within
Description
This is a pop-up workshop brought to you by Paulinka (R.Ac) and Karly (Somatic therapist). It is a gentle, heart-opening somatic yoga flow suitable for all levels. Participants will receive personalized acupuncture and acupressure treatment in a community setting, alongside with aromatherapy, breathwork, and energy clearing.
